ABOUT CLINT

MUSIC IS A GIFT FOR SHARING

Clint's roots are in gospel. He first played bass alongside his brothers in church and was then fortunate enough to follow his passion straight after leaving school - accumulating over 35 years experience as a professional musician - gained while traveling the world and performing for some of the world's major Soul, R&B, Jazz, Gospel & Pop artists. When he's not recording or gigging, he shares his passion by providing tutoring to private students who wish to learn, or improve, their bass guitar skills. In 2021, he launched his solo live music experience B-Line Central.

CLINT BACK ON TOUR IN AUSTRALIA & NZ

Clint is back on tour this October, leading and playing a full disco-funk backing band for Boney M (feat. Maizie Williams) during their Greatest Hits Tour across Australia and New Zealand.

Boney M’s music has never been more popular in recent years, with Lady Gaga sampling “Ma Baker” for her international number 1 hit “Poker Face”, and dance duo Duck Sauce sampling “Gotta Go Home” in their dance floor smash “Barbra Streisand”.

After selling millions of records to an adoring fan base and a mind blowing collection of disco and pop super hits, the Boney M phenomenon has been growing by the decade. Always fun and perfect for the dance floor, Boney M are one of the most beloved bands to emerge from that iconic era.

For a taste of Boney M live with full band check out this concert recap at Let's Rock London 2017

DJ LENNY FONTANA GIVES THANKS

In the summer, Lenny Fontana, the American House DJ and Producer, managed to track Clint down, and requested he layed down some funky bass on his new track, FIRE, feat. vocalist Shirley Lites. Capturing the spirit of Studio 54 with rich string orchestration, warm horns, a driving disco beat and Shirley’s powerful diva vocals FIRE references the dreams of the disco era and recreates them for the dancefloors of today.
Lenny´s love for Disco and the scene shines through in this track. Having played at the legendary Studio 54 as well as producing the revered Legends of the Dancefloor Paradise Garage retrospective series for BBC no one is placed better than Lenny to bring Disco back in an original and fresh format.
